This roles sits within the Ticket Distribution/ Broker business.

Role Description

We are hiring a Sales Associate Manager to support the Sales Manager at a fast-growing ticketing business focused on distributing concerts, sports and other major live events across the UK, Europe and Asia.

This is a junior commercial role within the Sales team. The person will support on inventory acquisition, category management, and event analysis, while developing into a future Sales Manager with stronger ownership across pricing, category expertise, and new event identification.

We are looking for someone who is smart, highly analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn quickly. You must already have at least 1 year of experience in ticketing


Main responsibilities

Acquire inventory and/or coordinate inventory acquisition across key events
Support ticket category management
Help build ownership over one category, vertical or smaller market
Research events, supply/demand patterns, pricing and market behaviour
Support commercial analysis and business cases
Work closely with the Sales Manager on execution and opportunity sizing
Maintain trackers and keep commercial activity organised


Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in secondary market ticketing
Good understanding of inventory acquisition, management and pricing
Strong analytical mindset
Very comfortable with Excel/ Data visualisation tools
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Fast learner with good commercial judgment
Experience with Viagogo, StubHub, Skybox or similar tools is a strong plus
Background in Mathematics or another quantitative field is a big plus
