POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Demo Setter is responsible for generating qualified leads and booking product-demo
meetings with prospective clients, primarily U.S. law firms. This position focuses on outbound
prospecting through job sites, phone calls,
Setters identify companies actively hiring, initiate contact, and secure demo appointments for the
Sales Team. They maintain accurate CRM records, support follow-ups, and ensure smooth
coordination with Sales Leads to convert opportunities into signed clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Lead Generation and Outreach
a. Research and identify prospective clients (law firms currently hiring) via online job boards and
professional sites.
b. Contact prospects through cold calls, personalized
c. Use provided templates, scripts, and tools to maximize outreach performance.
B. Demo Scheduling and Coordination
a. Book demo appointments between prospects and Sales Representatives.
b. Confirm prospect attendance and ensure all meeting details are correctly logged in the CRM.
c. Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding schedules, updates, and lead status.
C. CRM Management and Reporting
a. Maintain clean, accurate data within HubSpot or the assigned CRM.
b. Update lead status and activities daily for transparent pipeline visibility.
c. Provide regular reports on leads generated, demos booked, and conversion metrics.
D. Follow-Up and Conversion Support
a. Monitor scheduled demos to ensure prospects attend and engage.
b. Track post-demo communications and assist in ensuring prospects move toward closing.
c. Ensure signed contracts are documented for commission eligibility.
E. Collaboration and Professional Development
a. Maintain consistent communication with Team Leads and Sales Managers.
b. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and performance reviews.
c. Stay updated on industry trends, sales strategies, and CRM best practices.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
1. Number of qualified leads generated monthly.
2. Number of demos successfully booked and held.
3. Accuracy and consistency of CRM data.
4. Response time to leads and internal communications.
5. Minimum of 100 calls and 100

CADENCE REPORT
1. Daily lead updates in CRM (HubSpot).
2. Weekly outreach performance report to Team Lead.
3. Weekly meeting with Sales Manager for pipeline review.
4. Monthly commission review based on booked and signed clients.
5. Quarterly performance assessment and goal alignment.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Educational Attainment : Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, communication, or related field). Equivalent experience accepted.
Related Work Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or outbound lead generation roles.
Preferred Qualification : Prior experience with U.S. law firms or legal-industry clients is an advantage.
Proficiency : G Suite, HubSpot CRM, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job sites (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.).
Required Skills Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written); strong organizational and time-management skills; attention to detail; internet research proficiency; logical thinking and common sense; self-motivation and goal orientation.
