Sales Assistant (Education Sales)
Location: Remote (Domestic and/or International)
Type: Part-Time Contractor (10 to 15 hours per week to start)
Reports to: President / Head of Sales

We’re looking for a Sales Assistant to support our sales operations, manage CRM systems (GHL), coordinate outreach, and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
This role is ideal for someone who LOVES sales, is organized, reliable, and eager to grow in a high-impact education-focused company.
Responsibilities:
????Lead & CRM Management
Update and organize leads daily in our Enrollment Engine (GoHighLevel) CRM.
Track inquiries, schedule follow-ups, and make sure every prospective school gets a response.
Enter notes from sales calls and update deal stages accurately.
Manage CRM automations and report any issues or missed triggers.
????Scheduling & Coordination
Manage the sales calendar — confirm appointments, send reminders, and reschedule no-shows.
Prepare short “prospect summaries” before each call (school name, size, location, contact details).
Send post-call thank-you
????Prospect Research
Research schools (private, charter, microschools) and collect decision-maker contact info.
Help maintain clean, updated lead lists for outreach campaigns (LinkedIn,
Qualify prospects based on simple criteria (school type, enrollment size, location).
????Sales Support & Admin Tasks
Draft proposals and payment activation links using company templates.
Track when proposals are viewed or signed and follow up as directed.
Organize and manage digital files for active deals and prospects.
Maintain accurate data for weekly sales reports and performance metrics.
????Communication & Process
Communicate daily with the Head of Sales.
Document processes and keep SOPs updated for repeatable efficiency.
Maintain professional, friendly written communication at all times.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Assistant, or CRM Manager.
- Complete fluency in written and spoken English — able to communicate naturally with U.S.-based clients, write professional
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel is a major plus.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace.
- Ability to learn quickly about the U.S. school system and education terminology (training provided).
Growth Opportunity
This role can grow into a Sales Coordinator or Account Executive position for the right candidate. You’ll receive direct mentorship from the Head of Sales and gain exposure to high-ticket sales, CRM automation, and the U.S. education market.
Hours & Availability:
- About 12 hours per week to start
- Must be able to work weekdays during 9am to 2pm U.S. Eastern Time (EST)
- Must be responsive during scheduled work hours
