We’re hiring a Sales Assistant to support our sales team by keeping leads organized, systems clean, and follow-ups moving. This role is not for closing sales—but it does directly support revenue, which means attention to detail and follow-through matter.
If you like structured work, clear processes, and helping a sales team perform at a high level, this role is a great fit.
You are required to work 8am-5pm MST Monday-Friday.

What You’ll Be Doing
Daily Tasks
• Clean and maintain lead lists in our CRM (Go High Level)
• Monitor and respond to incoming leads using pre-written responses
• Check sales workflows, SMS actions, and conversations
• Remove spam or invalid contacts
• Support LinkedIn and social engagement tasks
• Ensure outreach and automation tools are running properly
Weekly Tasks
• Prepare lead and call lists for the sales team
• Support sales and marketing check-ins
• Assist with reporting and lead tracking
Monthly Tasks
• Quality-check funnels,
• Review webinar registrants for lead quality
• Prepare pre- and post-webinar lead lists
• Assist with testing
You will also help document simple SOPs and checklists so tasks are done the same way every time.

Training Provided
You will receive step-by-step training on:
• Our sales process and lead flow
• CRM usage and lead tracking
• Sales follow-up support systems
• Internal tools and workflows
You are not expected to figure things out alone—we train you clearly and support you as you learn.

Who We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who:
• Is reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Takes instructions seriously and follows processes
• Communicates clearly in written English
• Is motivated to support a sales team’s success
• Wants long-term, stable remote work
• Is comfortable working with CRMs or willing to learn quickly
You do NOT need sales closing experience. You do need a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
