Sales Assistant (HubSpot + Scheduling Support)
You’re a detail-oriented sales assistant who knows HubSpot and keeps pipelines clean. You like structure. You follow systems. You don’t miss tasks.
You’ll support an active sales process by handling scheduling, calendar updates, CRM hygiene, and integration-related admin work. This role keeps sales moving without friction.
What you’ll do
Manage meeting scheduling and calendar coordination
Update and maintain HubSpot:
Deals
Contacts
Tasks
Notes
Support HubSpot automations and integrations
Ensure data accuracy across the CRM
Follow defined sales and admin workflows
Flag issues early when data or processes break
Required experience
Hands-on HubSpot experience (required)
Sales admin or sales assistant background
Strong calendar and scheduling skills
Comfortable working with integrations and automations
High attention to detail
Clear written English
Reliable internet and availability during agreed hours
Nice to have
Experience supporting a US-based sales team
Familiarity with Zapier or CRM integrations
Background in real estate, SaaS, or services sales
