JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We’re hiring a sales-driven Virtual Assistant to handle inbound leads and actively convert them into recurring cleaning clients.

You will be the first point of contact for all leads — responding fast, qualifying, quoting, and closing using our systems (primarily BookingKoala).

• Respond to new leads immediately (Google LSA, website, SMS, calls)
• Handle inbound + light outbound sales follow-ups
• Qualify clients and recommend the right cleaning package
• Send quotes and book jobs using BookingKoala
• Follow up with unclosed leads until conversion
• Upsell services (deep cleans, move-out cleans, add-ons)
• Maintain organized pipeline and notes
• Coordinate with operations team for scheduling

• Speed to lead (target: under 2–5 minutes response time)
• Leads contacted daily
• Booking rate (lead ? scheduled job)

? Requirements
• 2–5 years sales experience (required)
• Experience in service-based sales (cleaning, home services, or similar preferred)
• Familiarity with BookingKoala (HIGHLY preferred)
• Strong English communication (confident on calls + chat)
• Ability to handle objections and close confidently
• Organized, detail-oriented, and fast
• Comfortable working EST hours
