JOB OVERVIEW

Pure Auto Care is a growing U.S.-based mobile auto detailing company looking for a confident, reliable, and sales-driven Virtual Assistant to manage our leads and help turn inquiries into booked customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include calling and texting new inbound leads, following up with leads who have not booked, reactivating older leads in our CRM, handling basic sales objections, explaining our services and pricing, booking appointments, collecting deposits, confirming appointments, and keeping our CRM organized and up to date.
We are looking for someone with excellent spoken and written English who sounds natural and confident when speaking with U.S. customers. You should be comfortable making phone calls, following up consistently, handling price objections, and directly asking customers to book.
Experience with GoHighLevel is preferred but not required. We will provide training on our services, pricing, CRM, sales process, and expectations.
This is intended to be a long-term position with room to grow as the company expands. We value communication, accountability, initiative, and working together as a team.
