As a Cold Caller, our primary role will be to generate new business leads through cold calling and outreach efforts. You’ll be instrumental in expanding our customer base by identifying and connecting with potential clients in need of our digital marketing services.
## Key Responsibilities
- **Outbound Calling:** Initiate calls to prospective clients using our contact lists, introducing them to services and value proposition.
- **Lead Qualification:** Engage with decision-makers, qualify leads, and assess their needs to determine if they align with the company's offerings.
- **Appointment Scheduling:** Schedule follow-up calls or consultations between prospects and the sales team to close deals.
- **Maintain CRM Records:** Accurately log and update lead and prospect information in our CRM system.
- **Achieve Targets:** Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and call volume targets.
- **Feedback Reporting:** Provide feedback to the marketing and sales team about prospects' reactions, objections, and potential areas of improvement.
## Requirements
- **Experience:** Prior experience in cold calling or telesales is preferred, but not required. Experience in a digital marketing environment is a plus.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills. Ability to establish rapport quickly with potential clients.
- **Resilience:** Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a goal-driven environment.
- **Tech-Savvy:** Comfortable using CRM software and other tools for lead tracking and outreach.
- **Time Management:** Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Self-Starter:** Proactive and driven to meet and exceed goals independently.
