Role Overview

Matrack is hiring a motivated Sales Agent to handle outbound and inbound voice calls, qualify leads, explain our services/products, and close sales or book appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

? Make outbound sales calls to leads and prospects daily
? Handle inbound calls and convert inquiries into sales/appointments
? Understand customer needs and recommend the right solution
? Maintain call notes and updates in CRM/sheets
? Follow up consistently via calls/WhatsApp/email as needed
? Meet daily/weekly calling and sales targets

Requirements:

? Excellent spoken English (mandatory)
? Confidence on phone calls and ability to handle objections
? Basic computer skills (CRM, Google Sheets/Excel)
? Sales mindset, discipline, and willingness to learn
? Sales/telecalling/inside sales experience is mandatory
