About The Math Wiz

The Math Wiz ( ---------- ) is an online math learning platform for Filipino elementary students (Grades 1–6). Built on Singapore Math methodology and fully aligned to the DepEd MATATAG curriculum, it gives schools a turnkey digital math program — video lessons, interactive quizzes with full solutions, and self-paced learning on any device.

The Role

You will approach private elementary schools in your city and pitch The Math Wiz as a school-wide annual subscription. Schools bundle the subscription into their student fees and earn a margin — so you're not asking schools to spend money, you're showing them a new revenue line.

This is a field sales role. You'll visit schools, meet principals and academic coordinators, and walk them through how the platform works. We provide all materials — a school-facing booklet, pitch scripts, phone scripts, and a step-by-step sales playbook.

Commission Structure

On top of the wage, there will be a commission structure designed for serious earning potential:

Year 1: 70% of collected revenue from every school you sign
Year 2 onwards: 10% perpetual renewal commission for every year that school stays subscribed

This is not a one-time payout. Every school you close becomes a recurring income stream. Sign 5 schools and you have passive renewal income coming in every year with no additional work.

How Your Commission Is Protected

You won't be pitching one school at a time. You'll be working a pipeline of multiple schools simultaneously, each at a different stage of the sales process. By the time your first school signs, you'll have several others already warmed up and in progress.

This means our incentives are fully aligned. If we don't pay your commission on school #1, you walk — and we lose every other school you've been building relationships with. The cost of not paying you far outweighs the cost of paying you. Your pipeline is your leverage.

On top of that, all commission terms are documented in a formal Sales Agent Agreement before you start.

Example Earnings

One school with 200 students at ?800/student/year = ?160,000 collected
Your Year 1 commission = ?112,000
Your renewal commission every year after = ?16,000
Scale that to 5 schools and the numbers speak for themselves.

Requirements

Based in Metro Manila, Cebu City, or Davao City
Sales experience (field sales, B2B, or direct selling preferred)
Confident approaching schools and speaking with principals and administrators
Can work independently and manage your own schedule
Has own transportation for school visits
Fluent in Filipino and English
