About Us
We are a fast-growing U.S.-based high-ticket coaching company scaling beyond 7-figures. We generate leads through paid ads, DMs, and webinars. We have a full team of setters and closers, but we need a Data Hawk to ensure our sales and marketing numbers are 100?curate and easy to read.

The Role
We don't just need someone to "input data." We need someone to own the integrity of our tracking. You will be the bridge between our sales team (closers/setters) and our marketing data. Your goal is to ensure that every dollar spent on ads and every DM sent is accounted for in a clean, easy-to-read Google Sheet dashboard.

Responsibilities
- Daily Data Management: Reconcile CRM data (GoHighLevel/Close) with our Master Tracking Sheet.
- Funnel Tracking: Track performance across three main pillars: Call Funnel, DM Ads/Organic, and Paid Webinars.
- Sales Accountability: Audit our setters and closers daily to ensure they are logging lead sources, call outcomes, and "cash collected" correctly.
- Marketing Attribution: Connect the dots between a lead clicking an ad and that lead showing up on a sales call.
- Sheet Maintenance: Maintain and improve our Google Sheets/Airtable dashboards so they remain "the source of truth."

Requirements
- Advanced Google Sheets/Excel Skills: You must be an expert with formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- CRM Experience: High proficiency in GoHighLevel, Close, or similar sales CRMs.
- Attention to Detail: You are the type of person who notices if a $1.00 discrepancy exists between the payment processor and the tracking sheet.
- High-Ticket Knowledge: You understand the "Setter/Closer" model and how a coaching funnel works.
- Proactive Communicator: You aren’t afraid to ping a closer if they forgot to update a lead status.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Zapier/n8n and ManyChat is a major plus.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $800 – $1,200 USD/month (Full-time, 40 hours/week). Negotiable based on experience.
Schedule: Standard U.S. Business Hours (overlap required).
Growth: Work directly with a founder who has scaled multiple 8-figure companies.
Stability: Long-term role with a stable, growing team
