What We're Looking For:
==Experience in B2B sales (consultative sales).
==Strong communication skills — clear, concise, and engaging.
==Comfortable building pipelines, reaching out to prospects, and handling objections.
==Highly organized with great time management and follow-through.
==Proven ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.
==Familiarity with CRM tools; Salesforce is a plus.
==A growth mindset — coachable, hungry, and ready to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Client Growth & Relationship Expansion
==Manage and deepen relationships with existing accounts.
==Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during follow-up and ongoing engagement.
==Support renewals and client retention efforts.
2 Pipeline & Sales Process Management
==Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce).
==Track metrics, forecasting, and deal progress consistently.
==Prepare follow-up messages, proposals, and account notes.
3 New Business Generation
==Conduct proactive outbound outreach
==Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and schedule discovery calls.
==Introduce Dale Carnegie solutions to businesses and position the right program based on needs.
4. Collaboration & Communication
==Work closely with our Marketing and other internal teams to align on leads and campaigns.
==Share insights from the field to help refine messaging and offerings.
==Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with internal teams and external partners.
