? What We're Looking For:
> At least 2 years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales
> Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
> Ability to manage a fast-paced sales pipeline
> Self-starter with a proactive mindset and results-oriented approach
> Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools
> Comfortable doing outreach via phone,
> Experience managing a fast-paced pipeline and short sales cycle
> Ability to adapt and work independently in a remote environment
> Have sold into healthcare or small business markets
> Have worked in a startup or high-growth tech company
> Understand basic demand generation and how it supports sales
? What You'll Be Doing:
> Run discovery calls and product demos with potential clients
> Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signing
> Follow up on leads generated by SDRs and marketing campaigns
> Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
> Handle objections confidently and close deals with integrity
> Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM
> Hit or exceed monthly quotas for calls, demos, and closed deals
> Work closely with SDRs and Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion
