The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Sales & AI Systems Manager to lead the implementation of AI-driven business processes across sales, customer service, inventory planning, marketing, and operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building the company's next-generation AI operating system while ensuring our sales teams have the tools, insights, and automation needed to maximize growth.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both business and technology and can bridge the gap between commercial teams and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Business Intelligence
Improve sales processes and workflows across wholesale and retail channels.
Develop reporting dashboards, KPIs, and performance tracking tools.
Create forecasting models for sales, inventory, and customer demand.
Support account managers with data-driven insights and customer analytics.
Identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency and customer experience.
AI & Automation Leadership
Design and implement AI-powered workflows throughout the business.
Build and manage the company's internal AI knowledge platform.
Integrate AI tools with ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and inventory systems.
Deploy AI solutions for customer service, demand forecasting, marketing, and reporting.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend business applications.
Systems Integration & Technology
Lead integration projects involving:
MYOB Acumatica
Shopify
Power BI
Inventory Management Platforms
CRM Systems
AI & Automation Tools
Work with internal stakeholders and external providers to improve data flow and system connectivity.
Maintain data accuracy and governance standards.
Process Improvement
Map and streamline business processes across departments.
Eliminate repetitive manual tasks through automation.
Develop SOPs and training materials to support system adoption.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Skills & Experience
Essential
5+ years experience in business systems, sales operations, AI implementation, or digital transformation.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, analytics platforms, and business process improvement.
Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI APIs, automation platforms, or similar technologies.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Highly Desirable
Experience with MYOB Acumatica.
Experience with Shopify or eCommerce platforms.
Experience with Power BI or advanced reporting tools.
Knowledge of inventory planning and supply chain systems.
Experience working with consumer products, wholesale, retail, or manufacturing businesses.
