JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Closer to join our fast-growing credit repair and business funding company.

Your role is simple: take qualified leads and convert them into paying clients. All leads are warm and pre-qualified by our appointment setters — your focus is closing deals, building trust, and driving revenue.

This is a performance-based role for individuals who are confident, persuasive, and hungry to earn based on results.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct scheduled sales calls with qualified prospects
* Analyze client credit situations and present tailored solutions
* Clearly explain our services (credit repair, funding, tradelines, etc.)
* Overcome objections and confidently guide prospects to a decision
* Close deals and collect payments
* Update CRM with accurate notes and client status
* Follow up with und ---------- prospects to convert them into clients

Requirements:

* Proven experience in sales/closing (high-ticket sales preferred)
* Strong English communication and persuasion skills
* Ability to build trust quickly and control conversations
* Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel is a plus)
* Comfortable discussing financial situations with clients
* Self-driven, competitive, and disciplined

Compensation:

* Base pay + commission per closed deal
* High earning potential based on performance
* Bonuses for hitting weekly/monthly targets
