JOB OVERVIEW

eventPERCH ( ---------- ) is a new Software as a Service (SaaS) event management company that we launched in 2025! We are a small team that is eager to grow. Our primary audience is wedding and event industry professionals who use our software to build Timelines, Budgets, and Payment Schedules to manage multi-event projects and interact with Clients and Vendors.

We need help onboarding our new users to the platform. We would like to offer our new users a service where we will help them migrate from their existing systems to eventPERCH.

We will collect the users' existing data (Vendor Accounts, Client Accounts, Timelines, and Budgets) and share it with you. Your job will be to enter the information into eventPERCH, matching the users' information as closely as possible. We will then audit the information you entered and let the user double-check the work before going live.

We are a new company, and this role could grow into a full-time position and increased pay based on performance. We would start by offering the service to a few users to see how it goes, and if it works well, then we will offer it on the website as one of our key features.

We are looking for someone who has English proficiency, is great at systematic tasks, will take training to understand how to use our software, is great at reading and understanding user data (PDFs, Excel, Word, etc.), and is able to enter large amounts of data in different formats into our software with accuracy.
