JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a long-term Marketing, Sales & Demo Specialist to help grow TradeWorks Pro, a SaaS platform designed specifically for contractors (roofing, remodeling, electrical, HVAC, etc.).

You will be responsible for finding leads, booking demos, presenting the software on camera, and helping close sales. You will receive full training, scripts, and access to the software.

Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and build lists of contractors and home-service companies
• Run outbound outreach (email + social media) to generate interest
• Book qualified demos and sales calls
• Record custom demo videos for prospects by using our screen-recording tools
• Walk them through TradeWorks Pro features
• Create short personalized demos (2–5 min)
• Create general overview demos for marketing
• Present professionally and confidently on camera & screen share
• Follow up with prospects after the demo and help guide them toward signup
• Assist with onboarding new users when needed
• Create simple marketing content:
• Social posts
Email sequences
• Short training clips
• Maintain organized notes inside our CRM
• Weekly reporting of leads, demos, and sales progress

Requirements
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Confident speaking on video (required)
• Experience in SaaS sales, appointment setting, or customer support
• Comfortable learning software and explaining features
• Professional appearance and clear communication
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work US business hours (at least 4 hours overlap)
• Stable internet and a quiet workspace
• Bonus:
• Background in construction or home-service industries
• Experience creating social media content or simple tutorials
• Experience with CRMs and screen-recording tools
