JOB OVERVIEW

We are Ji Martial Arts — a fast-scaling martial arts and performance brand run by two brothers with over 3 million followers across social platforms.

Our entire business runs on advanced automation systems, clean backend infrastructure, and AI-assisted workflows.

We are looking for a Systems Architect who can build, improve, and maintain these systems with speed, accuracy, and creativity. If you love problem-solving, automation, and turning chaos into structure, this role will suit you perfectly.

ROLE OVERVIEW
You will be the Systems, Automations & Backend Manager. Your job is to build and maintain internal systems including:

- Creating and debugging n8n automations
- Organising and improving Notion dashboards
- Building Airtable interfaces, views, and automations
- Connecting systems using APIs, webhooks, and integrations
- Documenting systems with Loom
- Researching new AI tools and proposing solutions
- Turning Founder ideas into working systems
- Cleaning and simplifying backend operations

This is a technical, hands-on, problem-solving role — not a VA position.

REQUIRED STRONG WORKING PROFICIENCY
You must already be comfortable with:

- n8n (building, adapting, and fixing workflows)
- Notion (advanced databases, formulas, relations, rollups, interfaces)
- Airtable (automations, multi-step views, interfaces)
- Webhooks and API authentication
- Google Drive organisation
- Slack integrations
- AI tools such as OpenAI

- 20 hours per week to start
- Opportunity to progress to full-time based on performance
- Weekly systems/brainstorming calls with the Founder and DBM
