JOB OVERVIEW

Supply Chain Specialist (Shopify Dropshipping – Clothing)

We are a fast-growing eCommerce company operating multiple Shopify stores worldwide in the fashion niche.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Supply Chain Specialist to help manage order flow, supplier coordination, and delivery performance.

This is not a beginner role. We are looking for someone who already understands how dropshipping operations work and can take ownership of this part of the business.

Role Overview

Your main responsibility is to ensure that every order moves smoothly from supplier to customer without delays or issues.

You will work closely with our supplier and customer service team to maintain efficient operations and take responsibility for supply chain performance.

Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment and Monitoring

* Verify daily that all orders are fulfilled (no missed orders)
* Monitor order statuses inside Shopify
* Ensure orders are shipped within expected timelines
* Identify delays early and take action

Order Tracking and Problem Prevention

* Track orders that are not yet shipped
* Detect supplier or stock issues
* Follow up with suppliers to resolve delays quickly
* Help reduce refunds and chargebacks

Delivery Issue Handling

* Monitor failed deliveries (Failed Attempt, Ready for Pickup, Exception)
* Report issues to Customer Service
* Help resolve delivery problems before escalation

Supplier and Issue Coordination

* Handle order modifications (address, size, color changes)
* Communicate with suppliers via Slack
* Keep issues organized and tracked

Invoice Checking

* Review supplier invoices daily
* Compare with agreed pricing
* Ensure accuracy before payment

Returns and Cost Recovery

* Follow up on returns (Return-to-China process)
* Ensure cost of goods is recovered
* Track cases until resolved

Optimization

* Identify best-selling products
* Support price negotiations with suppliers

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years experience in dropshipping supply chain
* Strong experience with Shopify + Parcel Panel app backend
* Experience working with suppliers or agents
* Strong understanding of order tracking, fulfillment flow, and delivery issues
* Ability to work independently and take ownership
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills
* Good written English

We are specifically looking for someone who can operate at a high level, take initiative, and act as a key point of responsibility within the team.

Experience in clothing or fashion dropshipping is a strong plus

Job Details

* 30 hours per week
* Long-term position
* $4.5 to $5.5 per hour depending on experience
