JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for associate property managers at my rapidly growing short-term rental management company!

We manage around 50 properties, and are growing. As the company is not currently large enough to have dedicated departments for each task, I'm looking for people who are good at juggling priorities, task switching, and going with the flow. We are NOT looking for a regular VA who just wants to punch the clock and get paid. We want someone who is looking for a long-term career and is willing to grow with us!

Tasks will include support via phone, text, email, Hospitable, and Slack, as well as various research projects and tasks according to the daily needs of the company. Once you're through training, you will be primarily handling either communications or maintenance, but you will be trained in everything. You will serve as the primary liaison between 4 groups of people: guests, homeowner clients, maintenance people, and cleaners. I'll be honest, it's a tough job and I have high standards. But I also work really hard to take care of my team and create a great work environment :)

This is a FULL-TIME position - 4 day work week, 9.5 hours per day. We pay on a tiered scale. Tier 1 agents will earn between $ ---------- USD per month, depending on job performance. Tier 2 or Tier 3 agents earn between $ ---------- or $1400 to $1900, respectively. You will also be able to pick up additional on-call shifts for overnight (EST) management. We also offer several weeks of paid time off and sick leave, as well as various other company perks.

NOTE: I will be hiring for Tier 1 roles initially, with the opportunity to be promoted to Tier 2 within a few months, and eventually to Tier 3 if you desire. Please note that I always hire at Tier 1 level originally and then promote internally. If you are hoping to be hired at the Tier 2 or 3 level, please do not apply.

Specific hours will be determined based on the current teams' needs. Possible shifts are Sunday-Wednesday 7:30 am - 5 pm EST or 2 pm to 11:30 pm EST, or those same times Wednesday through Saturday. The most likely permanent shift will be Wednesday to Saturday, 7:30 am to 5 pm. While in training, you will have a 5-day work week.
