JOB OVERVIEW

SOLAR RECRUITER (REMOTE) – VIDEO RESUME REQUIRED

We are a well-established solar company based in New Jersey hiring a Remote Recruiter to help us place immediate hires and support ongoing growth.

This role is recruiter-only (not a caller role). You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting across multiple positions.

POSITIONS YOU WILL RECRUIT FOR

Solar Sales Representatives

Electricians

Solar Installers / Install Crews

Administrative & Office Staff

ALL ROLES ARE FOR NEW JERSEY ONLY.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING (DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES)

Posting jobs across multiple platforms (not limited to Indeed)

Sourcing candidates through alternative channels (Facebook groups, referrals, direct outreach, LinkedIn, databases, etc.)

Screening resumes and applications

Conducting initial interviews

Evaluating candidate quality and fit

Coordinating and scheduling interviews with management

Managing candidate pipelines and follow-ups

Maintaining organized tracking of candidates and statuses

We currently use Indeed, so you must bring additional sourcing strategies to the table.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Proven recruiting experience (solar experience is a plus, not required)

Experience recruiting sales and/or trade roles preferred

Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills

Ability to work independently and produce results without micromanagement

Excellent English communication (spoken and written)

IMMEDIATE NEEDS

3–4 immediate hires

Ongoing recruiting as new positions open
