WE'RE HIRING: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER / STRATEGIST
Full-Time | Remote | 40 Hours/Week
Can you turn expert insights into content that builds trust, starts conversations, and drives enquiries?

We're looking for a creative, strategic Social Media Manager to support two distinct brands: Finance Personal Brand and an aesthetic clinic.

You'll help shape personal brand through content for business owner, while developing an engaging, polished social presence for the clinic.

What you'll do:

Collaborate with the CEO to develop a tailored social media strategy for each brand.
Collaborate with the CEO to develop and manage content calendars with clear objectives.
Write compelling hooks, captions, carousel copy, and short video scripts.
Collaborate on Reels, educational content, and thought leadership posts.
Manage publishing, community engagement, and performance reporting.
Turn audience insights into recommendations that improve results.
Help with other ad hoc aspects like sending weekly emails the CEO writes via the CRM

We'd love to hear from you if you:

Have experience managing personal brands or business social accounts.

Can adapt your writing and creative direction to different audiences.

Understand Instagram and LinkedIn, including what works on each platform.

Combine strong storytelling with a clear understanding of analytics.

Are organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple content calendars.

We are looking for someone who knows what they are doing and can work independently.

Experience with founder-led brands, aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare is a plus.
