Role Overview:
We’re looking for a sharp, reliable Virtual Assistant to own our social media presence. You’ll manage content posting, community engagement, and growth strategies to keep our audience fired up and steadily growing. This role demands consistency, attention to detail, and a hunger to elevate a brand that leads by example.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and post content daily across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn

Engage with followers by responding to comments and DMs authentically and promptly

Monitor trends and competitor content to keep Leaders Only ahead of the curve

Create or assist in creating captions, hashtags, and content calendars

Track performance metrics and report weekly with actionable insights

Collaborate on ideas for new content and campaigns aligned with leadership themes

Maintain brand voice—motivational, confident, and direct without fluff

Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience managing social media for a personal brand, coaching business, or leadership niche

Strong written communication skills—natural, motivational, and clear

Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Publer, Later, Buffer)

Ability to analyze social media insights and adjust strategies accordingly

Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Bonus:

Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Spark)

Basic video editing knowledge

Passion for leadership, personal growth, and motivation

Hours & Compensation:

Part-time to start, flexible hours with growth potential

Pay based on experience
