JOB OVERVIEW

# SOCIAL MEDIA GROWTH MANAGER / VA

I am looking for an experienced Social Media Growth Manager to help rebuild and grow my personal brand across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

I previously had a strong Facebook presence with posts averaging around 150 likes and videos reaching approximately 5,000 views. My previous Facebook account is no longer available, so we are rebuilding from the ground up.

I am NOT looking for someone who only knows how to upload posts.

I need somebody who understands content, hooks, engagement, analytics and organic social media growth.

## YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and grow my Facebook presence
• ---------- content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
• Edit short-form videos when needed
• Create strong hooks, captions and titles
• Schedule and publish content consistently
• Respond to comments and help build community
• Research trending content and competitors
• Track analytics and identify winning content
• Maintain a weekly content calendar
• Send a weekly performance report every Friday
• Recommend what we should create more or less of based on actual data

## CONTENT EXPECTATIONS

Approximately 1–2 short-form videos per day.

Facebook text/photo content throughout the week.

Stories and community engagement.

Quality is more important than simply posting large amounts of content.

## WEEKLY REPORT

Every Friday I expect:

• Number of posts published
• Total reach
• Total views
• Average views per video
• Best performing content
• Worst performing content
• Follower growth
• Comments and shares
• Profile visits
• DMs/inquiries
• What worked
• What didn't work
• What we should test next week

## WHO I WANT

You should have actual experience managing or growing social-media accounts.

I prefer applicants who have experience with:

Facebook
Instagram
TikTok
YouTube Shorts
Meta Business Suite
CapCut
Canva
Content analytics

You must be proactive.

I do not want to have to tell you every single thing to do.

If a piece of content performs well, I want you asking yourself why it performed well and how we can create another version.

## POSITION

Part Time

15–20 hours per week initially.

30-day paid trial with opportunity for a long-term position.

Starting compensation approximately $5–$7 USD/hour depending on your experience.

Performance bonuses and increased compensation are available for strong performers.
