SOCIAL MEDIA AND GHL VIRTUAL ASSISTANT | CONTENT + EMAIL + LANDING PAGES

$7 USD/hour | 10 to 15 hours per week | Long-term | Two related U.S. brands


JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for someone who can create and publish social media content and also build inside GoHighLevel. Both halves matter. If you are strong on one and have never touched the other, this is not the right role.

You will be supporting two related brands under the same roof. One is a mental wellness practice. The other is a personal brand and media channel in the lifestyle space. They are connected, but they have separate audiences, separate voices, and separate content. Your 10 to 15 hours each week will be split across both.

There are four parts to the work.

Social media content creation. Building posts and short form video content from existing brand templates and guidelines, and writing captions that sound like each brand rather than like a template.

Posting and engagement. Keeping both accounts on a consistent publishing schedule, then handling comments and direct messages inside the accounts so nothing sits unanswered. Flagging anything that needs the client to respond personally.


Email lists and email blasts. Building and sending email campaigns in GoHighLevel, keeping lists clean and properly segmented, and making sure what goes out actually lands.

GoHighLevel pages. Building and updating landing pages and funnel pages inside GHL, keeping forms and calendars connected and working, and fixing things when they break.

You do need real hands on GoHighLevel experience. You should be able to build a page, set up an email campaign, segment a list, and troubleshoot a form that stopped submitting without someone walking you through it. You should also understand basic GHL automations and calendars.

Strong English is essential for this role. You will be communicating directly with two people who have different working styles, different personalities, and different expectations for their own brand. We need someone who reads the room, asks good questions, confirms what they heard, and never goes quiet. Consistent communication matters as much as the work itself here.

Experience in health and wellness, fashion, beauty, or events is a plus. It is not a deal breaker. If you have worked with practitioners, coaches, or personal brands before, tell us about it.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Real social media management experience for other people or brands, not just your own accounts.

Hands on GoHighLevel experience you can walk us through live, specifically pages, forms, calendars, and email.

Comfort switching between two distinct brand voices in the same working day without blurring them together.

Strong written and spoken English, and genuine comfort communicating with U.S. clients.

Reliability and a habit of flagging problems early rather than hiding them.

Comfort working inside prepared templates and brand guidelines rather than reinventing them.

Availability of 10 to 15 hours per week with some overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours.
