We’re a fast-growing seafood franchise & lifestyle brand looking for a hungry, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage daily customer communication and help us scale online presence.
This role is part-time, long-term, and perfect for someone who understands social media + customer service.

???? CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1?? Inbox & DM Management (PRIORITY)
• Respond to
• Respond to Instagram DMs
• Answer FAQs (menu, hours, locations, pricing, availability)
• Route serious leads or issues to management
2?? Comment Engagement
• Reply to comments on
• Like, pin, and engage with positive comments
• Handle complaints professionally (using scripts)
3?? Lead Capture & Follow-Up
• Identify hot leads in DMs & comments
• Send links, menus, locations, booking info
• Follow up with interested customers who go quiet
4?? Growth Support (BONUS)
• Spot common questions ? suggest content ideas
• Flag viral comments or trending posts
• Help keep response time under 5–10 minutes

? IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Strong written English
• Comfortable using
• Customer-first mindset
• Fast responder (this is NOT a slow role)
• Organized, calm under pressure
• Experience with food brands, retail, or service businesses = PLUS

Wednesday – Saturday
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (CST)
10:00am-12pm
Availability during these hours is required.
