We run a premium ecommerce brand (Modern Viking) focused on personalised gifting.

We are hiring someone to execute and improve our social media content so it supports brand perception, ads, and sales.

This is not a basic posting role. If your experience is just Canva posts and captions, do not apply.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Turn raw content, product footage, and customer videos into engaging short-form content
• Repurpose winning ad creatives into organic posts
• Maintain a consistent premium brand look (not cheap or cluttered)
• Follow a structured content plan and improve it based on performance
• Work with our team to align content with campaigns, offers, and email marketing

PERFORMANCE FOCUS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Your role is to improve:

• Content quality (premium look and feel)
• Engagement (real engagement, not fake metrics)
• Traffic from social to website

You will not guess. You will improve based on what is already working.

FIRST TASK (REQUIRED)

Before starting, you will:

• Review our website and social pages
• Identify what feels weak, inconsistent, or off-brand
• Suggest 3–5 improvements to content direction

You must show:
• Improvement in content quality
• Better engagement or content performance
• Clear thinking behind what you create

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience with ecommerce brands (Shopify preferred)
• Strong short-form video skills (Reels / TikTok)
• Ability to edit videos (CapCut or similar)
• Understands premium branding (not generic templates)
• Reliable, fast, and follows direction
• Good English communication
