POSITION OVERVIEW

Wangh Financial Services is hiring an Automation & Growth Systems Specialist to build, fix, and maintain scalable workflows across CRM, social media automation, task management, and outbound sales systems.

This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, eliminating duplicate data, increasing lead conversion, and automating internal processes.

• Mortgage lending (FHA, VA, Conventional, Non-QM)
• Realtor partnerships
• Credit strategy and deal structuring
• Business funding and insurance (expanding)

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
• Convert social media engagement into structured conversations and booked appointments
• Eliminate duplicate records between HubSpot and ----------
• Automate task creation and updates from incoming emails
• Support outbound sales workflow setup and tracking
• Maintain clean, scalable systems across all platforms

?

RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Automation (ManyChat)
• Build and maintain Instagram ticktock and Facebook ---------- automation flows
• Create structured conversation paths for Realtor engagement
• Implement follow-up sequences for non-responsive leads
• Trigger responses based on comments, keywords, and messages
• Sync leads into CRM and notify team when required

CRM and ---------- Management
• Diagnose and resolve duplication issues between HubSpot and ----------
• Ensure contact and deal updates do not create duplicate records
• Maintain clean and accurate pipelines
• Map fields correctly between systems
• Standardize board structure for deals, contacts, and tasks

Email
to Task Automation
• Build automation to convert incoming emails into actionable tasks
• Create or update tasks based on conditions, requests, or milestones
• Assign tasks to the correct tea ---------- mber
• Set due dates and priorities
• Sync updates into ---------- and Microsoft Teams/Planner

Outbound Sales System Support
• Assist in setting up a dialer system (PhoneBurner, Mojo, or similar)
• Implement call tracking and disposition structure
• Support follow-up workflows (calls, SMS, email)
• Maintain organized contact status and follow-up timelines

?

Systems Optimization
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
• Build workflows that reduce manual work
• Document processes and automation logic
• Maintain consistency across systems

?

REQUIRED SKILLS
• ManyChat (Instagram and Facebook automation)
• HubSpot (workflows, pipelines, automation)
---------- (board structure and automation)
• Zapier, Make, or similar tools
• CRM data management and deduplication
• Understanding of sales nurturing and scaling of pipelines

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Real estate or mortgage industry
• Dialer and sms systems (PhoneBurner, Mojo, CallTools, etc.)
Email parsing or workflow automation
• Microsoft Teams, Planner, or Power Automate

?

PERFORMANCE METRICS
• Reduction or elimination of duplicate records
• Functional ManyChat automation deployed
• Increased number of conversations from social media
• Tasks successfully created and updated from email triggers
• Clean and accurate CRM and ---------- data
• Outbound workflow implemented and tracked
