JOB OVERVIEW

Role: Shopify Frontend Developer (HTML/CSS/JS/Liquid+ Replo Landing Pages)
Type: Full-time (Long-Term)
Start Date: ASAP

About Us

We run a portfolio of 4–5 Shopify DTC brands plus a Shopify retail site in the health/supplement space. We’re scaling fast, we move quickly, and we care about doing things properly: premium visual quality, clean UX, speed, and conversion performance.

This is not a “small tweaks” role. You’ll be helping us build a high-end, best-in-class Shopify experience across multiple stores. THIS IS NOT A JUNIOR ROLE.

About The Role

We’re looking for a full-time senior Shopify dev who is primarily frontend, and can also handle light promo/discount mechanics when needed. You should have strong design judgement (spacing, typography, hierarchy) and be able to build high-converting offer pages in Replo (presale pages, bundles, advertorial-style pages, seasonal promos).

You’ll work closely with us to ship improvements fast, implement CRO ideas, and iterate continuously.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customize Shopify themes (Liquid/HTML/CSS/JS) to a premium standard

Build Replo landing pages: presale / offer pages / advertorial-style / launch pages

CRO-driven iteration: improve clarity, increase trust, reduce friction & anxiety

Improve UX across homepage, navigation, collection pages, PDPs, cart

Mobile-first builds + performance work (speed, Core Web Vitals)

Light promo work: discount codes vs automatic discounts, bundles, free gifts, cart messaging

QA across devices/browsers + clean versioning + reliable delivery

You Should Have

Strong Shopify frontend: Liquid + HTML/CSS + JavaScript

Strong Replo experience (not just basic usage)

Solid CRO understanding (direct response structure, offers, proof, objection handling)

“Design brain” — you can build pages that look high-end without constant handholding

Strong communication + fast turnaround + attention to detail

Bonus Points

Experience working across multiple Shopify stores (multi-brand environments)

Familiarity with subscriptions/bundles/upsell apps

Comfort with CRO tools (heatmaps, session recordings, A/B testing)

Experience improving cart/checkout flows and offer implementation
