Ziva Wellness is a boutique wellness studio offering Thai massage, Foot & Scalp Ritual, tea rituals, and nervous system healing. Our brand is rooted in beauty, clarity, and intentional design. We are growing quickly and looking for a skilled digital marketing professional who can help us expand our online presence and bring in more clients consistently.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a long?term SEO + Digital Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our online visibility. Your work will directly impact our bookings, brand presence, and long?term growth.
You should be analytical, creative, detail?oriented, and confident in your ability to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Conduct keyword research for wellness, massage, and ritual?based services
Optimize service pages for ranking and conversions
Improve on?page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, content updates)
Handle technical SEO (speed, mobile optimization, site health)
Develop and execute a backlink strategy
Manage local SEO (Google Business Profile optimization)
Provide monthly SEO performance reports

- Website Optimization
Update and improve website content
Enhance user experience and booking flow
Upload and optimize blog posts
Fix broken links and improve site structure
Improve page speed and mobile responsiveness

- Google Ads Management
Create and manage Google Ads campaigns
Improve targeting and reduce cost per lead
Track conversions and optimize performance
Run retargeting ads for website visitors

- General Digital Support
Manage online reviews
Upload content and assist with marketing tasks
Track analytics and KPIs
Support digital projects as needed

Requirements:
Proven SEO experience (please include examples or case studies)
Strong English writing and communication skills
Experience with Google Ads
Familiarity with WordPress/Wix/Squarespace
Understanding of local SEO
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Reliable, detail?oriented, and proactive

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred):
Experience with wellness, spa, or service?based businesses
Content writing or blog writing
Canva or basic graphic design skills
