JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team with website updates, local marketing tasks, and basic reporting. This is an ongoing role with consistent weekly and monthly responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Make regular website updates across platforms including WordPress, Squarespace, and Wix
Upload and format content (text, images, basic layout adjustments)
Create and publish weekly posts on Google Business Profile (GMB)
Log into analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics) to pull data
Assist in compiling simple monthly performance reports for clients
Follow clear instructions while also being proactive in identifying small improvements

Qualifications:

Experience with at least one website platform (WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix)
Comfortable learning new tools quickly
Strong attention to detail (formatting, consistency, accuracy)
Basic understanding of websites and digital marketing
Organized and able to meet deadlines without constant follow-up

Nice to Have:

Experience with SEO basics
Familiarity with Google Business Profile posting
Experience creating simple reports in Google Sheets or Excel

Position Details:
