This is by far the most difficult position to fill. If I find my "gem", I'll make sure you're happy for years to come as long as I'm happy with your work. My approach is result-driven. Base pay + bonuses based on achieving goals we set together. So if you know for real how to set a target and get there in 3-6 months - this is for you. Yes, we are long-term oriented. Most of the people in my team have been with me for years. And SEO work is pretty simple. It's not rocket science, but yes - there are a lot of basics to know, and also it's important to stay up ot date with trends and algorithms. But it's so easy with all the AI tools.
However, you need to know/learn how to use AI to superpower yourself. Not just give a prompt in the morning and submit output 8 hours later, saying "here is what I worked on today.

I'm looking for an expert in SEO/AEO. A real one. Please don't waste my time and your application points if you know what SEO stands for or just asked AI to help you with your resume. I'll test you and will quickly determine if you know stuff, or if you read what GPT told you to say in the interview.

We run multiple websites for our e-commerce business. We have a USA-based warehouse with over 13,000 products. Our main website has around 100,000 visitors every month. I'm looking for someone to help me increase it to 200,000 with the same or better conversion rate.
I'll ask you for proven results from your past projects. Not something you find on Google - real ones. On-page SEO, link building, keyword analysis, AEO, and strategies—you have to be an expert in these.
