JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for an experienced SEO specialist to optimise my website for launch and ensure it is fully set up to generate leads and rank on Google, particularly in the Sydney area.

This is a one-time project to start, with potential for ongoing monthly work depending on results.

My business operates within the NDIS / healthcare / service-based sector, so experience in local SEO and service businesses is highly preferred.

Scope of Work:

I need a complete SEO foundation set up, including:

1. Technical SEO Setup

Website audit and fixes (site speed, mobile optimisation, errors)
XML sitemap setup and submission
Full setup and optimisation of Google Search Console
Ensure all pages are properly indexed on Google
Fix any crawl/indexing issues

2. On-Page SEO

Keyword research (focused on Sydney/local keywords)
Optimisation of all main pages (titles, meta descriptions, headings, content)
Proper keyword placement across the website
Internal linking structure

3. Local SEO

Full optimisation of Google Business Profile
Assistance with setting up local citations (directories)
Advice on how to generate reviews and improve local ranking

4. SEO Strategy

Provide a clear keyword strategy for my niche
Recommend content/blog ideas to improve rankings
Basic competitor analysis

Deliverables:

Fully optimised website ready for ranking
Confirmation that all pages are indexed
Keyword list + strategy document
Summary report of all work completed

Requirements:

Proven experience with SEO (please provide examples or results)
Experience with local SEO (Australia preferred, Sydney is a bonus)
Clear communication and ability to explain what’s being done
