SEO Specialist (Local & Ecommerce)

We’re looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist with deep expertise in Local SEO and Ecommerce SEO to drive organic growth, improve search visibility, and increase revenue.
This role requires a strategic thinker who understands user intent, search engine quality guidelines, and how to translate SEO into measurable business results.

???? Key Responsibilities
???? SEO Strategy & Implementation
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for both local and ecommerce websites
Collaborate with another SEO tea
Conduct keyword research aligned with user intent (Do-Know-Go framework)
Perform competitor and gap analysis
Build SEO roadmaps tied to business objectives and revenue targets
Identify quick wins and long-term scalable opportunities

Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles
Improve rankings in local pack / map results
Manage local citations and NAP consistency
Implement and optimize local schema markup
Optimize location pages for high-intent service queries
Develop and execute review acquisition & reputation strategies
Improve multi-location SEO performance where applicable
???? Ecommerce SEO
Optimize product, category, and collection pages
Improve internal linking and crawlability for large sites (10,000+ products)
Manage duplicate content, pagination, and faceted navigation issues
Optimize for transactional and commercial-intent keywords
Improve product schema and rich result eligibility
Increase organic revenue and conversion rates
Align SEO with merchandising and promotional strategies
?? Technical SEO
Conduct technical audits (crawl errors, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals)
Optimize site architecture and URL structures
Identify and resolve thin content and crawl budget issues
Work directly with developers to implement SEO improvements
Improve structured data implementation
???? On-Page Optimization
Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headers, and on-page content
Improve content quality to match search intent
Align content with search engine quality guidelines
Strengthen E-E-A-T signals (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trust)
Improve internal linking structure
???? Off-Page SEO
Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies
Build high-quality, relevant backlinks
Identify and manage toxic links when necessary
Execute digital PR and authority-building initiatives
???? Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track rankings, traffic, revenue, and conversions
Deliver monthly SEO performance reports
Analyze data to refine strategy and improve ROI
Identify new organic growth opportunities
Translate SEO performance into business impact
???? Required Qualifications
3+ years of proven SEO experience
Demonstrated success with both Local SEO and Ecommerce SEO
Strong understanding of search intent and search quality guidelines
Experience optimizing large ecommerce websites (10,000+ products preferred)
Experience with:
Google Search Console
Google Analytics
Ahrefs / SEMrush
Screaming Frog
Strong understanding of structured data and schema markup
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and technical SEO fundamentals
Experience collaborating with developers
? Preferred Qualifications
Experience with WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce
Experience managing multi-location businesses
Understanding of Core Web Vitals and site performance optimization
Basic CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) knowledge
Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Understanding how paid and organic strategies can complement each other
Ability to align SEO with paid acquisition insights
