JOB OVERVIEW

We are a performance-driven digital agency working with service-based businesses (healthcare, home services, SaaS, local multi-location brands). We believe in data-first SEO, smart systems, and a hands-on approach — not vague “guru” talk. If you’re an SEO executor who loves to roll up your sleeves, we want you.

Role Overview:
You will join us as our SEO Specialist & Link-Building Expert. You’ll combine content strategy + technical on-page SEO + targeted link acquisition to improve organic visibility and client conversions. This is a chance to make meaningful impact across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct keyword & competitor research to identify high-ROI opportunities.
Optimize on-page elements: titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, schema markup.
Plan and execute content pieces (blog posts, landing pages, pillar/cluster content) aligned with search intent.
Perform technical SEO audits (site architecture, crawling/indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema).
Develop and execute a link-building strategy: outreach, niche relevant placements, citations (especially for local clients), building authority.
Monitor SEO performance using tools (GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog) and produce actionable insights.
Collaborate with developers, designers, content writers to implement improvements.
Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, E-E-A-T, AI-enhanced content opportunities, and emerging SEO/PR systems.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years hands-on SEO experience, with demonstrated results.
Strong writing & editing ability: you can craft or direct content that ranks.
Proficiency with SEO toolset: Google Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
Demonstrated experience in link building/outreach (not just basic directory listings).
Familiarity with local SEO (multi-location clients a plus).
Good understanding of analytics and reporting (GA4, Looker Studio or similar).
Comfortable working remotely, self-motivated, organized, communicator.

Bonus: WordPress/Shopify/Webflow familiarity, experience with AI tools (Surfer/Neuron, ChatGPT), basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
