JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to take ownership of one of our partnered client’s website and overall SEO strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident working independently and taking initiative. We’re looking for a specialist who can assess the website, identify opportunities for improvement, develop a clear SEO strategy, and carry it through from planning to execution with minimal supervision.

You’ll play an important role in strengthening the client’s organic presence, improving lead generation through the website, and increasing visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms.

Responsibilities:

Own the website and SEO function end-to-end with minimal supervision
Evaluate the existing website and identify structural, UX, performance, and SEO gaps
Develop and execute a full digital marketing and SEO strategy
Handle technical SEO, local SEO, and website migrations
Improve organic traffic, search rankings, and online visibility
Improve lead generation and conversion performance through the website
Optimize the company's presence for AI-powered search/discovery platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok)
Prioritize improvements based on business impact, not just best practices for their own sake

Qualifications:

Strong, advanced experience with WordPress
Strong knowledge of Technical SEO
Strong experience with Local SEO
Proven experience handling website migrations
Demonstrated track record improving organic website traffic
Proven ability to improve lead generation and conversions through websites
Strong understanding of website structure, UX, performance, and SEO best practices
Ability to independently evaluate a website and identify areas for improvement
Strategic, analytical mindset — able to prioritize based on business impact
Proven experience improving Google search rankings and visibility
Self-directed, comfortable owning a function with minimal oversight
