JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a U.S.-based web design and development agency looking for a part-time SEO Specialist (eventually full time) to help manage ongoing SEO work for our clients. This includes keyword research, on-page SEO, GBP optimization, and monthly reporting.

We do NOT use any website builders like WordPress or Wix. We code everything from scratch so we have full control of the site. We connect a custom CMS called ---------- for easy editing that allows editors to make changes to the website (publishing blogs, meta tags, alt text, etc)

You will not be communicating with clients, only performing SEO tasks.

If you’re experienced, detail-oriented, and reliable — we’d love to hear from you. We'd also love if you have an existing workflow for SEO that you recommend for us.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Keyword research + rank tracking
- On-page SEO (meta, headings, image alt, schema)
- GMB/GBP updates
- Blog creation + formatting
- Basic technical checks (broken links, site speed)
- Monthly reporting

REQUIREMENTS
==================
- 2+ years of SEO experience
- Familiar with SEO tools
- Knows GSC + GA4
- Communicates well in English
- Organized and consistent
