JOB OVERVIEW

Position: SEO & Social Media Marketing Specialist (with WordPress & Digital Design Skills)
Type: Full-time
Location: Remote – Work from Anywhere
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and creative SEO & Social Media Marketing Specialist who can develop and implement strategies that drive traffic, increase engagement, and boost online visibility. This role requires expertise in WordPress, strong digital design skills, and the ability to create high-quality, engaging content that converts.

The ideal candidate will be results-driven, creative, and highly skilled in both technical and content aspects of digital marketing. Preferably based in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO:
Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies
Optimize website content, images, and structure for search engines
Monitor and report on SEO performance and rankings
Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices

Social Media Marketing:
Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content
Manage social media accounts and grow brand presence
Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies for better performance
Run and optimize paid social campaigns (optional but preferred)

WordPress & Digital Design:
Update and manage WordPress websites
Design and edit web pages for improved UX and SEO performance
Create visually appealing graphics for social media, ads, and blog posts
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

Content Creation:
Produce high-quality written and visual content for websites, blogs, and social media
Write SEO-friendly copy that resonates with the target audience
Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with brand voice and goals

Requirements:
Proven experience in SEO, social media marketing, and WordPress management
Strong design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to create high-quality, engaging content
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines

Nice to Have (Plus Points)

Experience running Google Ads campaigns
Advanced Canva design skills
