Molecular Biology Products Inc. (MBP) is a growing North American supplier of molecular biology reagents and lab consumables serving academic, biotech, and pharmaceutical laboratories. We help research teams reduce cost per reaction through strategic sourcing and high-quality alternatives to major brands.
We are seeking a results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to increase MBP’s online visibility, generate qualified inbound leads, and position MBP as a trusted supplier in the life sciences market.

Role Overview
This role focuses on improving MBP’s search rankings, website traffic, and inbound lead generation through SEO, content, and digital marketing strategy. You will optimize our website ( ---------- ), build search authority for key product categories (PCR consumables, reagents, cell lines, etc.), and drive measurable growth in organic traffic and conversions.
If you are analytical, creative, and experienced in SEO and B2B digital marketing, this role offers strong impact and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute MBP’s SEO strategy (technical, on-page, and off-page)
* Perform keyword research for molecular biology and lab supply products
* Optimize product pages, category pages, and technical SEO structure
* Create and manage SEO-driven content (blogs, guides, landing pages)
* Improve website conversions and inbound lead flow
* Manage backlink outreach and authority building
* Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
* Provide monthly reporting on traffic, rankings, and leads

Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing (B2B preferred)
* Strong understanding of technical SEO and on-page optimization
* Experience with e-commerce or product-based websites
* Data-driven and results-oriented mindset
* Excellent written English
* Familiarity with life sciences, biotech, or technical industries is a plus
* Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or similar CMS preferred
