JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re hiring an experienced SEO & Google Ads Specialist to manage SEO and Google Ads for our healthcare/clinic websites. This is a hands-on role focused on getting more qualified leads through Google Search and improving website conversions.
What you will do
Technical SEO audit and ongoing fixes (speed, indexing, redirects, sitemap, schema)
Keyword research and on-page SEO for core service pages
Build and optimize landing pages for conversions (CRO)
Set up and manage GA4 + Google Tag Manager + conversion tracking
Create, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search + Remarketing)
Ongoing optimization: keywords, ads, budgets, bids, negative keywords, quality score
Weekly reporting with clear next steps and measurable results
Requirements
Proven SEO (technical + on-page) experience
Proven Google Ads experience (Search required; remarketing preferred)
Strong GA4 + Google Tag Manager tracking experience
WordPress/CMS experience + basic HTML/CSS
Clear English communication and simple reporting
