JOB OVERVIEW

This role is responsible for executing our Advanced SEO & GEO Blueprint across multiple client accounts simultaneously. You will be implementing technical SEO, keyword mapping, structured data, content optimization, AI search optimization, and backlink strategies designed to achieve page-one rankings.

This is not an entry-level SEO position.
You must be able to manage multiple campaigns, hit production quotas, and execute with precision.

Core Responsibilities
1. Technical SEO Implementation
-- Full website technical audits
-- Core Web Vitals optimization
-- XML sitemap creation and management
-- Robots.txt configuration
-- Canonical tag management
-- 301/302 redirect mapping
-- Indexation troubleshooting
-- Crawl error resolution
-- Internal linking architecture optimization
-- Schema markup implementation (FAQ, Service, LocalBusiness, Article)
-- Structured data validation

2. Keyword Strategy & Mapping
-- Identify primary, secondary, long-tail, and question-based queries
-- Map keywords to correct service pages
-- Prevent keyword cannibalization
-- Optimize for multi-location expansion
-- Build internal linking structures to reinforce authority

3. On-Page SEO Execution
-- Optimize H1–H6 structure
-- Meta titles and descriptions optimized for CTR
-- NLP-driven content optimization
-- GEO optimization for AI search engines
-- FAQ section creation with schema
-- Content expansion to meet ranking thresholds
-- Image optimization (alt tags, compression, naming structure)

4. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
-- Optimize content for AI search engines (Google SGE, Bing AI, Chat-driven engines)
-- Structure content for AI summarization
-- Improve entity clarity and semantic relationships
-- Implement structured data for AI visibility
-- Optimize for conversational queries

5. Authority & Off-Page SEO
-- Backlink prospecting
-- Competitor backlink analysis
-- Anchor text strategy
-- Citation building
-- Local SEO optimization
-- Google Business Profile optimization

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
-- Monthly SEO performance reports
-- Ranking tracking
-- Traffic growth analysis
-- Conversion tracking setup
-- Cannibalization detection reports
-- Performance improvement recommendations

Required Skills & Qualifications
-- 3+ years advanced SEO experience
-- Proven ability to rank service-based businesses
-- Strong knowledge of WordPress
-- Experience with Elementor preferred
-- Strong understanding of technical SEO
-- Experience with schema markup
-- Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools
-- Strong analytical thinking
-- High attention to detail
-- Ability to manage 8–15 client accounts simultaneously
-- Excellent written English

Volume Expectations
You must be able to:
-- Optimize 10–20 pages per week
-- Build 5–10 location pages weekly
-- Implement schema on 100% of key pages
-- Produce monthly performance reports for multiple accounts
-- Execute internal linking strategy across full sites
