About the Role
We are looking for a top-tier SEO expert to help us build a standout digital presence across multiple service-based brands. This is not a beginner role and not a checklist SEO position.
You will be responsible for strategy, execution, and guidance, working alongside a small support team (VAs) that you help direct. The goal is to create clean, compliant, high-performing websites and local SEO assets that outperform competitors — not generic SEO work.

Core Responsibilities
Own SEO strategy across multiple service-based websites
Perform technical SEO audits and recommend fixes
Optimize on-page SEO (titles, metadata, internal linking, structure)
Guide local SEO strategy (Google Business Profiles, consistency, compliance)
Identify and fix issues that cause Google penalties or suspensions
Direct and review VA work to ensure SEO best practices are followed
Develop SEO roadmaps that differentiate brands from competitors
Monitor performance and adjust strategies based on results
Advise on website structure, content positioning, and expansion strategy
What We Are Looking For (REQUIRED)
Advanced SEO knowledge (not theoretical)
Proven experience ranking service-based or local businesses
Deep understanding of:
Google Search behavior
Google Business Profiles
On-page and technical SEO
SEO compliance and risk avoidance
Ability to spot problems others miss
Clear communication skills (written + spoken English)
Confidence to challenge ideas when something won’t work
Comfortable leading SEO direction (not just executing tasks)
Strongly Preferred (Huge Plus)
Experience working with agencies or multi-brand setups
Experience fixing or recovering Google Business Profile issues
