JOB OVERVIEW

Mission:
Revive a high-potential blog from 100k/month pageviews to its former glory (and beyond) using AI-enhanced strategies, EEAT optimization, and white-hat SEO practices.

What You’ll Do
• Content Revival & AI Integration
• Audit existing content to identify gaps, outdated posts, and opportunities for refreshment using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT for ideation, SurferSEO for optimization).
• Blend AI efficiency with human expertise: Use AI to generate data-driven insights, draft updates, and streamline workflows, but ensure all content is polished by human editors to meet EEAT standards (emphasize real expertise, author bios, and trust signals).
• Build topic clusters and interlink content to strengthen topical authority.
• EEAT & Technical SEO Overhaul
• Enhance Experience, Expertise, Authority, Trustworthiness by:
• Adding expert-authored sections, case studies, or contributor interviews.
• Implementing schema markup for authors, citations, and credentials.
• Fixing technical issues (Core Web Vitals, mobile optimization, crawl errors, on Wordpress, but might switch to Webflow).
• Audit backlinks to remove toxic links and build natural, high-authority links (no PBNs or spammy tactics) 10.

Ideal Candidate
Proven SEO Revival Success: Track record of recovering traffic drops (share case studies).
AI-Savvy but Human-Centric: Uses AI tools strategically but prioritizes EEAT and originality.
EEAT Whisperer: Understands how to showcase expertise (e.g., author bios, certifications, peer-reviewed sources).
Technical SEO Proficiency: Experience with schema markup, site speed optimization, and crawlability fixes.
Ethical Mindset: Zero tolerance for black-hat tactics (e.g., keyword stuffing, PBNs, cloaking).

How to Apply
• Submit your resume and a 1-page strategy pitch addressing:
• How you’d diagnose the blog’s traffic drop.

Include a short Loom video (3 mins) explaining one technical SEO fix you’d prioritize.
