SEO Digital Marketer & Virtual Administration Assistant – Australian Construction Supply & Contracting Business (Immediate Start - Full Time)

Full Time: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

We are an established Australian construction trade supply company specialising in waterproofing and tiling supplies, and we are looking for an experienced SEO Digital Marketer with Virtual Administration Assistant capabilities to start immediately in a diverse role across 2 inter companies.

This is a results-driven role focused on increasing organic traffic, improving keyword rankings, and generating qualified trade and retail leads, and supporting backend operational systems.

Keyword research specific to the construction & trade supply sector
Competitor analysis
On-page optimisation (meta titles, descriptions, product pages, category pages)
Technical SEO improvements (site speed, indexing, schema, etc.)
Google Search Console & GA4 optimisation

Content Strategy
SEO-optimised product descriptions
Blog content targeting trade keywords

Scope of Work - Virtual Administration Assistant

Administrative & Systems Support
Data entry across CRM and booking systems (Tradify, Google Drive, MAC Calendar)
Job booking setup and management within scheduling platforms
Maintaining accurate customer and supplier records (Across Trade supply company & Contracting company)
Assisting with email management and follow-ups (where required)
Social media content preparation and support

Process & Workflow Support
Assisting with system automation improvements
Maintaining organised documentation (Across Trade supply company & Contracting company)

Training & Support Provided
Full training will be provided to ensure you have a clear understanding of our products, systems, processes, and expectations.

This will include:
Overview of our waterproofing and tiling product range and online platforms and systems
Introduction to our target market (builders, tilers, contractors and retail customers)
Walkthrough of our website, CRM and booking systems
Internal workflows and standard operating procedures
Branding and content guidelines

You will receive structured onboarding to help you integrate smoothly into the business, with ongoing support available as you become familiar with our systems and objectives.
