JOB OVERVIEW

Salary $1500-$2000

About the Role

Are you a digital storyteller who actually enjoys the "nuts and bolts" of an e-commerce backend?
We are looking for a SEO Content Writer & E-commerce Specialist to join our team at Childcare Marketing on behalf of our confidential client.

Your mission is simple but critical: make our priority products shine.
You won’t just be writing catchy descriptions; you will be the owner of the Magento storefront for these items—managing pricing, optimizing listings, and ensuring our SEO strategy translates into actual rankings and revenue.

What You Will Own
Magento Storefront Management: Update product listings, manage pricing strategies, and ensure the catalog is accurate and high-performing within the Magento (Adobe Commerce) environment.

SEO Content Creation: Write high-converting, SEO-optimized product descriptions, category pages, and blog content specifically designed to drive organic traffic to priority products.

Data-Driven Optimization: Use SEO knowledge to identify keyword opportunities and implement on-page improvements (meta tags, headers, and internal linking).

Strategic Reporting: Depending on our evolving structure, you may report directly into our agency specialist team to align content with broader multi-channel marketing goals.

What We Are Looking For

The "Magento" Factor: Proven experience navigating the Magento backend. You know how to update a SKU, change a price, and optimize a listing without breaking the layout.

SEO Prowess: You understand that "good writing" isn’t enough. You know how to write for both humans and Google’s algorithms.

E-commerce Experience: You’ve worked in a fast-paced online retail environment and understand the urgency of "priority product" pushes.

Attention to Detail: Managing pricing and SEO requires 100?curacy. You are the type of person who double-checks every decimal point.

Nice to Have

Experience high-ticket e-commerce niches.
Familiarity with Google Analytics or SEMRush.

How to Apply:
Submit to ---------- your updated resume and 2–3 examples of e-commerce content you’ve written.
Bonus points if you can describe one specific "win" you had while managing a Magento store!
