JOB OVERVIEW

COMPANY OVERVIEW

We are a high-end, architect-led construction company based in Cornwall, UK.

We build luxury coastal homes, passive houses, and high-performance residential projects.

We are building a large SEO authority platform targeting:

Luxury homes in Cornwall

Passive house construction

Timber frame builds

Coastal construction

Second-home clients from London and UK cities

We require a disciplined, detail-oriented SEO assistant to execute structured content and publishing systems.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will execute SEO content production and publishing inside a structured system.

You are not responsible for strategy.
You are responsible for execution, accuracy, and consistency.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Publish long-form SEO pages (1,800–2,000+ words) in WordPress
• Format content correctly (H1, H2, H3 structure)
• Write meta titles and meta descriptions
• Add internal links correctly
• Optimise pages using RankMath or Yoast
• Upload and optimise images (alt text, compression)
• Follow content calendar
• Track published pages in spreadsheet
• Assist with backlink outreach emails
• Maintain consistent professional tone

REQUIRED SKILLS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• Strong written English (near-native level)
• WordPress publishing experience
• Understanding of SEO basics (H1, H2, internal links, keywords)
• Experience using SEO plugins (RankMath, Yoast or similar)
• Able to follow formatting rules strictly
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to meet deadlines without reminders

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience writing about construction, real estate, architecture, or property
• Experience with SurferSEO or similar tools
• Basic Canva or image editing ability
• Familiarity with Google Search Console
• Experience with backlink outreach
