Resume All Day is a career services company that helps high school students through mid-level professionals land interviews and jobs through resume rewrites, LinkedIn optimization, interview coaching, and essay coaching. Founded by a career expert with 10+ years of experience across Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups, Resume All Day has helped clients land roles at companies including American Express, Cartier, Coinbase, PepsiCo, WeWork, and the NBA.

About the Role
I’m looking for a highly skilled contractor to partner with me on revamping my website and driving organic lead generation. This is not just a task-based role—I’m looking for someone who can think strategically about positioning, messaging, SEO, and how to convert traffic into clients. The initial focus will be on rewriting and optimizing my website. Once that foundation is strong, the role will expand into an ongoing SEO strategy and organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Revamp (Phase 1 – Immediate Priority): Rewrite and optimize website copy to improve clarity, positioning, and conversion, Align messaging to highlight priority services, Incorporate strong, clear value propositions and calls-to-action, and
Ensure all content is optimized for SEO (keywords, structure, readability)

2. SEO Optimization (Phase 2): Conduct keyword research focused on high-intent Google searches (e.g., resume help, interview prep, essay coaching), Optimize website pages, blog content, and metadata for search visibility, Implement on-page SEO best practices within Wix, Identify opportunities for new blog/content creation to drive traffic

3. Organic Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to increase inbound leads through organic channels, Optimize conversion pathways across the website (CTAs, landing pages, etc.), Identify opportunities to improve user journey from content ? inquiry ? client

4. AI & LLM Positioning (Differentiator): Incorporate messaging around the importance of human expertise in a world increasingly influenced by AI, Explore and implement strategies to position the business within AI/LLM-driven search and discovery (e.g., optimizing content for ChatGPT/AI visibility), Help embed offerings in a way that aligns with how users search and discover services through AI tools

Tools & Platforms Experience:
Wix (website design)
Canva (for light design/content support)
Flodesk (email marketing)

Qualifications:
Proven experience in SEO and organic growth strategy
Strong copywriting skills (conversion-focused, not generic)
Experience optimizing websites for Google search
Familiarity with AI tools and emerging LLM/search trends
Experience with Wix and Flodesk
Ability to think both strategically and execute independently

Ideal Candidate
Understands how to turn content into conversions (not just traffic)
Has experience working with service-based businesses or personal brands
Can take initiative and make recommendations—not just follow instructions
Has a strong understanding of modern job search/career space (a plus, not required)
