About Us

Digital Design Firm (DDF) is a growing digital marketing agency that helps businesses improve their online presence through SEO, content marketing, website optimization, and digital marketing strategies.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented tea ---------- mber who enjoys SEO, content creation, organization, and project management. This role combines marketing execution with administrative support and offers the opportunity to grow into a larger role within our company.

Responsibilities

SEO & Content Creation

* Research keywords and content opportunities
* Create SEO content briefs and outlines
* Write and optimize blog posts and website content
* Perform on-page SEO optimization
* Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking
* Upload and format content in WordPress
* Assist with content planning and content calendars
* Conduct competitor research

Notion & Project Management

* Maintain projects and task boards in Notion
* Track deadlines and project progress
* Document processes and SOPs
* Keep projects organized and up to date
* Follow up on assigned tasks and deliverables

Administrative Support

* Organize files and project documentation
* Take meeting notes and document action items
* Prepare reports and project updates
* Assist with research and data collection
* Support various marketing and operational tasks as needed

AI & Marketing Operations

* Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to assist with content creation
* Repurpose content into social media posts and marketing assets
* Assist with email marketing and campaign execution
* Help improve internal workflows and processes

Required Qualifications

* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience writing content for websites or blogs
* Experience using Notion
* Experience using WordPress
* Basic understanding of SEO principles
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Reliable internet connection and computer
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience working for a marketing agency
* Experience with keyword research tools
* Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
* Experience creating content with AI tools
* Familiarity with Canva or basic graphic design
