Job Title: SEO, Content Creation and Ads Specialist
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to PHP 25,000–35,000/month + commission (depending on qualifications and interview outcomes)
About the Role
Vertex Group is an Australian NDIS-focused business portfolio operating various brands across provider management software, compliance consulting, participant support, and plan management. We are looking for an SEO Specialist with strong content writing skills to grow our organic presence across traditional search engines and AI-driven platforms.
This role goes beyond standard SEO execution. You will own keyword strategy, produce high-quality content, manage technical SEO, and build our visibility in AI-generated search results — including platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. You will work across multiple brands within the NDIS sector, so understanding this space is a clear advantage.

? What You Will Do
SEO & Content Strategy
• Develop and execute SEO strategies that produce measurable organic growth across the Vertex Group brand portfolio.
• Create high-quality, NLP-friendly content aligned with target audience search intent and business goals.
• Build and maintain content frameworks, SOPs, and reusable execution templates.
• Optimise content for AI-generated search results through Answer Optimisation (AO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) techniques.
• Map content to funnel stages, from awareness through to conversion.
Keyword Research & Search Intent
• Own keyword research and identify high-impact opportunities across all brands.
• Map search intent across traditional and AI-driven search journeys.
• Align keyword targeting with audience segments, including NDIS providers, participants, and plan managers.
Technical SEO
• Identify and resolve technical issues including indexation, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and site performance.
• Conduct regular SEO audits using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with developers and the marketing team to implement technical fixes efficiently.
• Manage and optimise WordPress websites using Elementor or equivalent page builders.
Paid Ads & Performance Marketing
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage and optimise campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to improve ROI.
• Monitor ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.
• Align paid campaigns with SEO and content strategies for full-funnel marketing impact.
? Social Media Post & Blog Content Creation (Added Section)
• Create engaging, brand-aligned social media content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Research and write high-quality blog articles optimised for SEO, user intent, and AI search visibility.
• Repurpose long-form content (blogs, SEO pages, whitepapers) into short-form social posts, reels, captions, and carousels.
• Develop consistent content calendars for each brand under the Vertex Group portfolio.
• Analyse social content performance and adjust strategies based on insights and trends.
• Ensure all social and blog content aligns with NDIS-specific audience behaviour and terminology.
Data, Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Track organic and paid performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other tools.
• Deliver clear, actionable reports on SEO performance, ad campaigns, and content effectiveness.
• Monitor performance across both traditional search and emerging AI search channels.
Backlink & Authority Building
• Build quality backlinks through competitor analysis, outreach, and community engagement (Quora, Reddit, industry forums).
• Conduct domain authority and link quality analysis.
• Identify scalable, repeatable link acquisition opportunities.
Trends & Continuous Improvement
• Stay current with SEO, GEO, paid ads trends, and AI search developments including LLM-based search and platform shifts across Google, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Filter signal from noise — focus on high-impact changes, not every algorithm update.

? Requirements
• 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven record of driving organic growth.
• Strong content writing skills — you can produce clear, well-structured, optimised content independently.
• Experience in social media content creation and blog writing.
• Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience managing paid ads (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube Ads).
• Experience with WordPress content management and optimisation.
• Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with GEO and AI-driven search platforms (Perplexity, ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews).
• Strong analytical mindset — you translate data into clear next actions.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.

? Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of the Australian NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme).
• Experience in a multi-brand environment.
• Active participation in Reddit, Quora, or niche community platforms.
• Familiarity with Answer Optimisation (AO) and structured content for AI citation.
• Experience with Elementor or similar WordPress page builders.
• Understanding of local SEO, particularly within Australian markets.

? A Note on NDIS Knowledge
The NDIS sector has its own language, compliance framework, and audience behaviour. Candidates who already understand terms like Support Coordination, Plan Management, NDIS registration, and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission will move faster and create more relevant content from day one. This knowledge is not mandatory — but it is a strong differentiator.
