We are hiring a Part-Time SEO Specialist to support a structured, system-driven marketing operation.
This role focuses on SEO content planning, optimization, and execution support — not experiments, not shortcuts, and not black-hat tactics.
You will work under a Marketing Operations Manager and follow clearly defined SEO rules, page structures, and workflows.
???? REQUIRED SEO KNOWLEDGE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
You must have solid, practical experience with:
On-page SEO fundamentals
Keyword intent (high-intent vs informational)
Local SEO concepts
Content optimization for service-based businesses
SEO tools such as SEMrush (or similar)
Understanding how SEO leads turn into phone calls, not just traffic

Perform keyword research using SEMrush
Identify high-intent keywords
Support creation of SEO page outlines

Optimize content for clarity and intent (not keyword stuffing)

Review drafts for SEO best practices
Suggest on-page improvements
Ensure content aligns with approved SEO plans
Keep SEO work organized by market/location
Follow established SEO rules and standards
???? WORKFLOW & COLLABORATION
Work inside Google Drive folders
Update assigned tasks and statuses
Coordinate with Marketing Manager
Deliver work on time and clearly labeled
